Information You Provide to Us
We collect any information that you give us. For example, we collect information about you when you participate in any interactive features of the Site, fill out a form, create an account, give us feedback, ideas or submissions about the Site, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us via the Site or any other means. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Site

Log Information: We log information about your use of the Site, including the type of device you use, access times, IP address, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to one of our Site. We use this information for analytic and product improvement purposes.

Information We Collect From Other Sources
We may also obtain information about you from other sources, and combine that with information we collect through your access and use of our Site. GradSchool Ventures is based in Canada, and the information we collect is governed by Canadian law. We may transfer your information to or maintain your information on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of Canada and you choose to provide your information to us, you agree that we have the right to transfer your information to Canada and process it there. We may also share some or all of your information: (i) if we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of any of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of GradSchool Ventures or others; (ii) in connection with, or during negotiations of, a financing with respect to GradSchool Ventures; (iii) in connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger or sale of the assets of GradSchool Ventures, or acquisition or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another company; or (iv) with your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner, and you choose to provide such information.
We may also share, for any reasonable business purpose, aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.
GradSchool Ventures is very concerned with safeguarding the confidentiality of information that we collect about you. We take reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing of information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any of your information.

Our Policy Towards Children
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided personally identifiable information to us without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with their personally identifiable information, we will remove such information from our files.
